Vikas brings over two decades of experience leading global operations and scaling high-growth businesses across SaaS, technology, e-commerce, and professional services. He has held key roles at Google, Amazon, and Texas Instruments, and most recently served as COO at Educational Initiatives and Cactus Communications, driving innovation, operational excellence, and market expansion. An alumnus of ISB and IIT Madras, Vikas was recognized as Maverick Executive of the Year (2022) for his transformative leadership.
Based in Pune, Vikas will oversee global operations, product scaling, and customer success at SMS-Magic / Conversive. His arrival marks a pivotal step in the company’s growth journey, strengthening its operational foundations, accelerating product innovation, and enhancing the customer experience worldwide. Under his leadership, the company aims to scale its AI-driven, compliant, and high-impact conversational platform to meet growing global demand and deliver measurable business impact.
