Currently serving as Director at CEAI Academy, Arti is focused on strengthening industry–academia linkages and creating high-value learning opportunities for professionals and students in the infrastructure and engineering sector. Her vision is to cultivate a community of skilled engineers equipped not only with technical expertise but also with the leadership mindset required to build safer, stronger, and more sustainable infrastructure for the nation. Through strategic partnerships, professional training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement, she ensures that knowledge is practical, relevant, and impactful.
This vision is deeply rooted in her tenure with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, where she worked extensively in policy dialogue, youth engagement, leadership development, and social inclusion. She believes that true leadership lies in enabling others to grow, contribute, and be heard.
